As a part of that growth, we are now looking for an experienced Recruitment Assistant to join our Recruitment Team to primarily deal with our recruitment and Assessment Day activities for our offices in London.
Duties for this role include:
·Coordinating full cycle recruitment activities including, managing applications/CVs, liaising with candidates and hiring managers, arranging interviews, assist with shortlisting, making offers and providing feedback
·Managing recruitment database/trackers and ensuring that relevant details are updated
·Ensuring right to work checks are completed and assisting with background checks
·Dealing with new starter administration
·Assisting with Induction and onboarding for new starters, including for outer London offices
·Updating details on HR database and managing personnel files.
·Demonstrable Recruitment and HR administration experience in a commercially, fast paced environment
·Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a large workload under pressure
·Well developed interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with staff at all levels and particularly at Senior Management level on a daily basis
·Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to write clear and professional emails
·A self-starter who demonstrates initiative and problem solving skills
·Ability to demonstrate a flexible approach to work
·Demonstrate the ability to work confidentially, remaining discreet at all times
·Good working knowledge of Microsoft office and ability to work with HR/Recruitment databases
